Kevin Rorie is a Small Business owner, husband, and father in Anne Arundel County, MD.  Kevin was born in 1976 in Greenville, South Carolina.  Kevin is the son of Delane and Linda Rorie.  He and his wife Kia, have 3 children, Zachary, Caleb, and Chloe.  Kevin has 2 brothers, Dennis and Christopher. 
Kevin and his wife Kia have owned and operating a boutique IT Consulting business since 2016.  Prior to opening the IT Consulting business, Kevin spent a 20-year career specializing in Financial Planning & Analysis, Budget Managing and Sales  Reporting with Verizon Enterprise Solutions. Kia is a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) with 20 plus years providing ETL Architecture services.  Kevin and Kia's combined skills has allowed them to win several federal government small business contracts. 
Kevin had a passion for real estate for a long time.  He was born and raised in a home and was tasked to learn how to repair and maintain a home since he was a youth.  Kevin was introduced to the Buy, Renovate, Rent and Refinance (BRRR) real estate strategy in 2000, and bought his first BRRR home in 2001.  The home was a 2-bedroom 2.5 condo in the Atlanta suburbs.  Kevin lived in one half on the unit and rented the other half of the unit.  This strategy proved very beneficial financially.
Kevin was inspired to pursue an actual career in real estate by his brother Dennis, who is a real estate developer, broker, and licensed Civil Engineer in Charlotte, North Carolina.   As a result, Kevin earned his salesperson, associate broker, and broker's license. 
Kevin spent his daytime hours contributing to the success of his IT Consulting Business and his after-hours building his real estate business.  During those evenings, Kevin also worked as a Marketing Lead Generation Coach at The Realinvestors®️ Academy, a certified State of Maryland trade/career school. 
Kevin's real estate business, now named KSquared Real Estate Solutions, has grown as a result. It now provides Listing, Buying, Leasing, Property Management, and Investment Management services. 
While training at the academy, Kevin saw a need to help struggling local Landlords become more efficient and profitable. Consequently, he created The US Independent Landlord Association (USILLA) which is an online division of KSquared Real Estate Solutions that is designed specifically to help Landlords to acquire / manage / sell their rental properties.  
Kevin utilizes his network of licensed, certified, and experienced partners to make each transaction as successful as possible.
